From cedar craftsman pergolas to motorized louvered aluminum systems, Xavier Assembler installs structures that look architect-designed and last for decades. We handle anchoring into concrete, pavers, decks and engineered footings — code-compliant across California and Nevada.
Motorized aluminum pergolas with rain sensors, integrated LED, and rotating louvers — wired and finished correctly.
Stained, sealed and torqued connections. We pre-drill, hide hardware, and protect end grain.
Concrete footings, base plates, lag-bolt deck mounts. We anchor to current California wind-load standards.
We treat your backyard like a luxury build site — protect surfaces, vacuum debris, haul all packaging.
A simple, transparent process built around respecting your time and your property.
